Refund policy

Within the first 30 days, you may return for a refund, a refund is not available after the 30 days. Please do not return any items without first contacting us. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the item arrives back safely, in the same condition as shipped. If you wish to proceed with a return request, please immediately stop using the product, and repackage it for a return. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct proportionate depreciation in value when product.

Internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.

Our items are thoroughly tested & logged for security reasons before shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect any of the following:

i) Sign of customer induced damage (CID): this includes, but is not limited to liquid damage, visible physical drops/damages; damage caused by external electrical power surges.

ii. If any warranty sticker, labels, or windows key label have been removed/broken; if the operating system has been changed, if the bios have been changed; hardware has been modified; or if the product has been registered with the manufacturer (where applicable, please only register this product once you have fully inspected and are happy with the product).
