Condition Description: Standard VAT Scheme. A very good condition XPS 13 laptop (photos from the listed unit), comes with the slim charger only. Fully functional & fast upon testing. Has 3 month RTB warranty with us. The inside is in a great condition; the outside casing has some wears/marks (e.g. on the front edges; also small wears on the edge/lid/base, etc). The screen looks good. The battery holds a high 95% capacity (checked by HWMonitor, estimation only). Runs quietly normally, expect normal noise in usage. Comes in a secure repacked box, with the charger only.

Peace of mind:
We include a 3-month return to base coverage from the date of arrival.
Our technician will provide support (simply contact us). If the initial remote diagnoistics highlight the need, we may request for you to get the item to us for servicing (within 30 days, repair/replace, or refund available); after the initial 30 days, a refund will only be arranged if repair or replacement is not possible. After the initial 30 days, the onus of the postage cost is with the buyer.

  1. During the service, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss that may occur, as we may be required to reinstall the Operating System (which will erase previous data).
  2. We are unable to offer data recovery. As a good practice, we advise our customers to regularly back up their data. 
  3. This does not apply to cosmetic wear due to use, nor existing issue(s) already noted in the original listing, nor does it cover any consumable part (e.g. the battery). During the service, if damage due to misuse is found, e.g. liquid / drops, cracked glass, etc, then the cover will be voided (set out fully in the "additional return policy details" below).

Delivery info:
We know getting the item on time is important. 

UK delivery:
  • Your item will be packed with care, and where possible we aim to give you peace of mind by using insured courier services.
  • Items will generally be dispatched on the next working day after payment (Sometimes we can process it sooner, however, next day is the norm for the delivery company to collect)
  • We use a 24 hour / next day service to send our items, where the next day applies to weekdays. Where the Next day service is unavailable in the delivery post code (in a few regions e.g. Scottish Highlands, NI), we'll opt for the 2 days or 2-3 days service for you
  • The delivery may take slightly longer around the weekends or bank holidays, as there isn't Saturday delivery. So if you order on Friday, you will normally receive the item early on the next week.
  • You could receive delivery text notifications / emails, if you enter your mobile during checkout process.
  • This is a trackable service and you will have to sign for your delivery. Customers with a non standard UK address, for example Armed Forces, should contact us in advance of the listing ending as there may be a surcharge or alternative method of postage required. 
International shipping:
  • Our international shipping is processed by eBay Global Shipping Programme.
  • We use the same 24 hour service to send the parcel to eBay for processing, who then sends the parcel out to you.
  • eBay GSP handles the logistics & protects the item against damage in international transit.
