We're now based in Hanley, Staffordshire. Our upstairs office will help to ensure that our small team has the physical space to expand our work & assist our customers. 

By operating in the North: 

• We combine our premium all-around focus on product selection, fast delivery & customer service - with a sensible regional cost basis. This way we could train & treat our staff well, who in turn assist our customers.

• We're conveniently located near the M6 motorway, about half-way between Birmingham & Manchester, indirectly helping the couriers to process your orders in a consistently speedy manner, wherever you're based in the UK.

We will still be an online-only retailer: 

The online retail is where we believe that we could deliver more customer value. We currently do not have any plan for a physical consumer store.
